So last week, another co-worker of mine, Katie, asked me
to take photos of her kids
(...yes, I think I'm becoming the Unit 5 photographer!)
There were a couple of cool things about this shoot
A. I had not one subject, but 3! (and well for some 5)
...and I thought getting 1 toddler to smile was hard, so it definitely
made for some good practice.
Tip: Candy is very helpful for cooperation!
B. Katie is one of our travel nurses, and is originally from Alabama.
I instantly fell in love with their southerness, accents and all.
(I had a hard time convincing them that the winters here weren't THAT bad... ha!)
C. It was my first time shooting when it was cloudy, which scared me
but I think the photos turned out pretty well considering!
Huge thank you to Katie and her husband, Hutch
for giving me this opportunity!!
and so, I give you the Sutter family from Alabama:
Katie and Hutch,
Bailey (4), Rawlin (3), and Brooklyn (almost 2)
The Whole Family (and my best attempt at getting all the kids to look at me!) |
the boys were SO helpful in getting Brooklyn to cooperate, it was absolutely adorable. |
Rawlin (3) |
Brotherly love, absolutely love how this turned out |
Bailey (4) |
We plan to do another photo shoot
tomorrow at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis tomorrow
in an attempt to get more family shots!
Stay tuned!!
