Beau & Ashley's Rehearsal Dinner

I recently was asked to shoot a Rehearsal Dinner

on none other than Lake Minnetonka!!

I couldn't turn down the opportunity.

It was a spectacular night.

The Bride & Groom were so nice!

and to top it off, I got experience shooting an event

rather than just portraits.

All in all, a fabulous night!

Newborn: Joshua

My wonderful co-worker Amie recommended me

 to this lovely little family!

So far I've mostly done sessions with friends and co-workers,

so going into this shoot without knowing the family was exciting and nerve-racking!!

However, it was a wonderful, wonderful experience to branch out.

Hopefully a glimpse of what I'll be dealing with in the future :)

This little guy was about 11 days old

and was SO excited for pictures that he just did NOT want to fall asleep!

He also loved to eat and  was absolutely ADORABLE!

Even though we had trouble getting him to sleep, I'm quite thrilled 

 with how his photos turned out!

(Thankfully, we did catch him snoozing a little bit!)

My favorite part though is the cute little family photos we did at the end!! 

Penn: 3 Months

JUST A QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT

As I will be changing my wonderful and oh so memorable 

last name next year....

I've decided to make a change in the 'name' of my photography

(as you can tell from my recent change in logo)

Therefore my website will NO LONGER be nuttyphotography.blogspot.com

I'm also hoping to convince my wonderful future brother-in-law 

to help me create an actual website someday (ahh!) 

So don't be alarmed, but please spread the word!

okay... back to the IMPORTANT stuff!!

One of my good friends and co-worker

gave me the chance to photograph her adorable 3 month old, Penn.

He is and was an absolute doll and pleasure to work with!

I mean seriously, how irresistible is that smile and

aren't you obsessed with his eyes?! 

Hoping to do more of this little guy soon  :)

 

Newborn: Sawyer 11 days

I can't believe Summer is almost already OVER!

However, Fall is my faaavvorriiteee season,

and I'm not going to lie,

this heat and humidity is getting a little old!

So I've been busy while I haven't been blogging,

and I'm hoping to catch up this week

since I have some time off! Hooraayyy!

I'd like to introduce you to Mr. Sawyer.

He's 11 days old and a spitting image of his older sister!

He took some convincing to fall asleep for us, 

but thankfully his Mom and Dad had some awesome 

tricks up their sleeve to help us out!!

isn't he the cutest???

Thanks to Amie and her hubby Jimmy for sharing their new

bundle of joy with me!

And as always, thank you Holly for your help and props!!!

Absolutely had to pop this one in of Sawyer's older sister, Savannah, because she's just so darn CUTE!
