Ms. Ellie turned 1!

well hello! hi! remember me?

sheeesh, I can't even tell you where the time has gone these past few months!

It's been insane!

I can't thank everyone & anyone enough for helping me expand this little

hobby of mine into what is clearly now a business!

I am so inspired by all of you & the faith that you have in me to 

continue to do this, so THANK YOU!

Anyways, enough of my sappiness.... 

This little bright eyed 1 year old is Ellie.

She was adorable, and taught me a very important lesson!

If the 1 year you are shooting just learned to walk the week before....

do NOT try to make him/her sit down!

All Ellie wanted to do was use those new found legs!!

It was a riot! As soon as we stopped forcing her to sit in baskets & highchairs,

she turned on her charm!! She was such a little model! Oh and also---take a look

at that cake! Her mom handmade it, I think she's got a new career for herself!

The Kelly Kids

My Mom's cousin has the most adorable children,

and lucky for me she asked me to capture their cuteness!!

We ventured over to Minnetonka Orchards

and got our fill of apple picking!!

Amelia: 1 year old Cake Smash

the very first newborn I shot turned 1 this month!!

I can't believe it!!

and she is growing up to be such a beautiful little girl!!

So another first for me...

we managed to pull off a "cake smash" photo shoot

and it was an absolute BLAST!

Amelia just LOVED it!

Besides the extremely crazy windy day (proof below)

Amelia shined and the pictures turned out wonderful!

I HAD to post this picture, it made me smile and was proof at how windy it was that day!! Amelia had a ball though!

Kaylee and Evan's Rehearsal Dinner

I graduated from High School with Kaylee and Evan,

who got married a few years ago, but never got the opportunity 

to have a big wedding and reception because Evan joined the Navy...

Well, they FINALLY got the opportunity to come home (they live in Hawaii now)

to renew their vows and celebrate with their friends and family here in Minnesota!

I had the amazing and awesome opportunity to re-connect with these

two wonderful people and shoot their rehearsal dinner!!

Plus, they were renewing their vows in the same church 

that I'm getting married in NEXT year!! 

So you can only imagine how EXCITED I was to be asked to document this :)
